If I unwrap a heart-shaped box of chocolates and it has "Low Carb" imprinted on the front, you are so not my Valentine.

They should sell high-carb chocolates!

I know, I know. I just want to be able to buy a package that has "High Carb" (or "HI CARB," whatever) emblazoned upon it.

Net carbs are the carbohydrates minus the fiber, which is a carb but doesn't affect your blood sugar the same way as the "bad" carbs.
