I only just discovered Aleve, and perhaps it was psychological - I was told it was The Best Medicine Evah! - or perhaps that it was blue and made me think of Viagra, but it totally worked. My fave is my over-the-counter migraine medicine: paracetamol, codeine, caffeine, anti-nausea stuff, all in one neon pink horse-medication-sized tablet. Mmmmmm.
