Lucky you ;)! I've always wanted to see The Strokes live. They're one of those bands I hear who people either love them or hate them, yet they put on amazing live shows that many attend to agree on across the board. I hope to God they play Voodoo Fest this year and that another hurricane disaster doesn't put a kink in Voodoo Fest like last year!

It was fantastic--I've never seen a live show like it. I hope they play NO again soon; I'd love to see them there.

I saw them a few months ago in Kansas City. I'm not even a huge fan, but I thought they put on a great show. I love your description-"orgasm with sweet tea..or something you like." Hee.

Hee! It was fantastic--I'm having a hard time talking myself out of seeing another show on this tour.

Okay, it only sorta sucks.

G-d, that message detailed one HELLUVA night.

You are one lucky soldier. I wouldn't call you a princess, knowing how tough it can be around the road crew that follows Bob, Scrib and the other warriors. "Lady" is the proper term, and let's hope the boyz use it.

Still, it sounded fun.
