1. What did you do in 2007 that you'd never done before?
Saw some new places, ended my career, made many life-changing decisions. Oh, I saw a UFO the other day. That was kind of weird.

Mostly, except I didn't get the necklaces I wanted. Or that thing for

No.

Yes.

This one.
6. What would you like to have in 2008 that you lacked in 2007?
A Wii.
7. What date from 2007 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
September 22nd, the day I wanted a new career.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Figuring out the next step in my evolution, finally getting over some things (and people), finally making peace with some things (and people)
9. What was your biggest failure?
I can't think of any. This year, the things that didn't work out were guides to what I should be doing instead. Although I really kind of bricked my 101 in 1001 list. Still won't stop me from making a new one.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Yeah. I don't really like to talk about it.
11. What was the best thing you bought?
Plane tickets, Oolong.

Generally, almost every man I know.

Bills, gas.

Next year!

Anything from Infinity on High.

Way happier.

About the same.

Richer with more potential for growth.
18. What do you wish you'd done more of?
Getting to the damn point, seeing more friends, traveling.

Being reclusive.
20. How did you spend Christmas?
Hung out with the people who'd win the superlative for "Most likely to be my future in-laws"--opened presents, had lunch, then three of us drove back to NYC, drank some wine and stayed in.

Oh, man. None!
24. What was your favourite TV program?
Pushing Daisies or Gossip Girl.
25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?
I don't hate anyone.
26. What was the best book you read?
Joshilyn Jackson's Gods in Alabama.
27. What was your greatest musical discovery?
Darondo.
28. What did you want and get?
I wanted "success" in one thing but in trying for that, found out what I really wanted to do.
29. What was your favourite film of this year?
3:10 to Yuma, When the Levees Broke, Waitress, No Country For Old Men, Gone Baby Gone
31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
I went to dinner and I saw Rob Zombie's Halloween.
33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2007?
Don't look at me.
34. What kept you sane?
I wasn't sane. Figuring out how to get there was the point of the year.
35. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?
Nathan Fillion--I just watched White Noise 2 for him!
36. What political issue stirred you the most?
Sustainability and the fear that it's all coming to an end.
37. Who did you miss?
Neanderthals! Mark, Ben, the Limey, et al.

Everyone involved with my NYC trip: The guys at the Comedy Cellar, the people who sat next to me at CLT and on the planes

Buy the lottery ticket. Meaning, nothing ventured, nothing gained.
