Just to let my dirty little secret out...I think I used to own this book. Doesn't it have lots of pen-and-ink illustrations of waify "Don't sleep in the subway, darlin'" chicks with big eyes and long eyelashes?

I could swear it's the same book that told me it might be cool to put Vaseline on my eyelashes ("Sweet Jesus Palomino! I can't see!").
